Jason and Andrew enjoyed playing in a one-off work charity gig, they played in 2008 so much that they decided to form the duo Commercially Sound. They have been performing in Brisbane pubs, clubs and at parties and functions for the last 3 1/2 years.
Andrew Higgins
Playing music has always been a passion for Andrew. He has played in many successful bands and plays base and lead guitar as well as saxaphone.
Jason Coombes
His start in music was at the age of 11 playing in bands. Jason started playing as a drummer with his mates and was heavily involved in school bands and completed his grade 6 clarinet exam. He studied jazz at the conservatorium and then took a break from music to pursue a career in the construction industry. The music bug didn't keep away and he continued to play an array of instruments for friends and family including, saxaphone, keyboards and guitar.
